Only 10 minutes away, a pristine white sand beach awaits, offering the perfect backdrop for breathtaking sunsets.

The space

Located in Rural Bonita Springs off 41 Old Road. Close to Bonita Beach, Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point, Naples Mercato. This unique residence offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accompanied by a screened-in lanai pool with the spa. No matter your agenda, this setting guarantees an environment of tranquility, whether you're indulging indoors or relishing the outdoors.

The home features 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - King sized Bed (Sleeps 2 guests)
Bedroom 2 – Queen sized Bed (Sleeps 2 guests)
Bedroom 3 - Queen sized Bed (Sleeps 2 guests)
Bedroom 4 - Queen sized Murphy Bed (Sleeps 2). Same room has an office space for work.
Leather couch in the living room can be converted into full bed (Sleeps 2).
Total of 10 sleeps.

Outside, enjoy our relaxing pool with the spa, BBQ area, outdoor sitting space and of course the gem of our home - Japanese Garden. As you explore this garden you will hear cheerful symphony of birds, gentle rustling of leaves and bamboo trees and feel a bouquet of scents from various orchid species.

And, as if the wonders of the property weren't enough, a pristine white sand beach awaits just a short 10-minute drive away, offering an additional slice of paradise for those seeking sun-soaked shores and the rhythmic lull of the ocean waves.

Guest access

Guests will have an access to the whole house, except of 1 closed storage room.

Other things to note

HOUSE RULES:

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $70 starting at 12 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• BBQ GRILL: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE IGNITING! Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• PROPANE: Guests are in charge of maintaining propane.

• SPA: Spa must be turn on only when in use and turn off promptly afterwards. Never leave spa unattended and for more then 3 hours. Prolonged use of hot water will compromise the safety of the pool and drive away all necessary chemicals, therefore it result in cloudy water. This will incur in fine of 250$ equivalent for one day of service from the Pool Maintaining Company and additional cost of electricity.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the outdoor patio and backyard. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: PLEASE NOTE the price determined by the amount of guests. Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. If more people are staying and your reservation states otherwise, you will incur an additional fee of 100$ per person per night, so please be truthful.

• PETS: Pets (dogs) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100 per pet per stay and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
For the monthly stay the pet fee is $300 per stay per pet.

• NO OPEN FIRES: Bonfires and fireworks are prohibited on the property.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• TO ENSURE EVERYONE SAFETY, we'd like to kindly mention that our house, deck, and outdoor areas aren't specifically 'baby proof.' If you're visiting with young children and have any concerns about safety, please feel free to reach out to us.

• ELECTRONIC LOCK CHECK-IN. We require a picture of a photo ID upon booking to ensure our door code is going to the person who booked the reservation.

• PHOTOSHOOT/VIDEO FILMING/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

- LANDSCAPER: A landscaper come by every week on property to maintain property grounds. It is essential. They will not be accessing the home.

- POOL CLEANER: A pool cleaner comes once a week to maintain the pool no matter if guests are in the house. It is essential. They will not be accessing the home.

• LIABILITY
Prestige Choice Property Management cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought onto the rental property. Without any restrictions, Prestige Choice Property Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guest’s stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas or air conditioning.
