The space
This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Kanata.
Our home features modern touches throughout. The main floor offers hardwood flooring, a spacious living room inclusive of a TV with Netflix access (no cable), fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker, and dining room. Outside the main floor living room, you will walk onto a small balcony that offers some seating and a barbecue that's equipped with propane.
The second floor has hardwood throughout, offers a second family room offering a TV with Netflix access (no cable), and a cozy gas fireplace.
The third floor has carpet throughout. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and washer and dryer on this floor.
Please note the bottom level of the house has an attached nanny suite which you can walk out to the backyard. The tenants do not have access to the house.
