The space

Escape to our cozy 1-bedroom Waterfront Bay Condo in Treasure Island, a cherished home-away-from-home for part of the year. Enjoy a 32" cable TV, brew a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, and unwind with sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests—2 in the bedroom with the Queen Bed and 2 on the sofa bed. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Tampa Bay Airport and walking distance to the beach, shops, and dining, this charming condo is the perfect base for your Treasure Island adventure.

***Please note that Per HOA guidelines maximum occupancy is 4 people and this include guests and one vehicle allowed per condo. Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. Also this is NON SMOKING BUILDING. ***

** Everyone is welcome to fish from the dock from 7AM - 9PM. Please don't leave any fish, hooks on the dock. There is a hose to clean the dock after.

*** Boat dock $30 a day fee for boat dock. Boat slip rental for additional nightly expense. Limited spaces. Please let me know ahead of time so that I can reserve a slip. No trailers on the property, no exception. Trailers must be stored off the condo property (at a marina or boat ramp).

*Coin-laundry, dryer, iron, ironing board and books located on the other side of the building, between Units 102 and 103.

Guest access

Guests will have an access to the whole condo, pool, dock, outside area.

Other things to note

HOUSE RULES:

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 12 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• DOG POLICY: Only 1 pet allowed per stay, under 20 lbs. No pit bulls or Dobermans. Dogs must be on leash and not relieve themselves on the community grass Must be walked outside the community and be house trained.

• CHARCOAL BBQ GRILL: Available on the property in common area. Please note guests are in charge of bringing their own charcoal briquettes, charcoal lighter fluid and lighter.
Guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the outdoor patio and backyard. Guests can smoke only outside in designated areas. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants an eviction with no refund.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. If more people are staying and your reservation states otherwise, you will incur an additional fee of 50$ per person per night, so please be truthful.

• NO OPEN FIRES: Bonfires and fireworks are prohibited on the property.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery. You are responsible for any cleaning fees you incur and are charged by the condo board.

• TO ENSURE EVERYONE SAFETY, we'd like to kindly mention that our house, deck, and outdoor areas aren't specifically 'baby proof.'
There is no fence to the bay! Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety and well-being while on the dock, swimming pool, patio and surrounding areas!

• ELECTRONIC LOCK CHECK-IN. We require a picture of a photo ID upon booking to ensure our door code is going to the person who booked the reservation.

• PHOTOSHOOT/VIDEO FILMING/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner and condo-board. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
Guests are in charge to set up the 2nd bed in the living room on the sofa. We provide bedding and linen. We keep the sofa bed closed so guests can dine and watch TV.

• LIABILITY
Prestige Choice Property Management cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds, dock, swimming pool, or the bay or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought onto the rental property. Without any restrictions, Prestige Choice Property Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guest’s stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas or air conditioning.
